How do you find yourself in monk mode ? Is it really hard to endure ? I’m trying to change my habits for a long time . It has been a good progress but every single times I hit that limit it was like going through a storm perhaps my anxiety and depression add a little sprinkles on that lol . I just want to know how your experiences are like repressing unhealthy things that are satisfying ...

To be completely honest, Monk Mode is definitely not easy, but that's the whole point of it. It's just an excuse to raise your standards and radically change your life in a few months. Then you can enter maintenance mode. I love treating my life as seasons. On some seasons I push myself really hard and follow a strict routine, on other seasons I let myself go and visit friends and family. The fact that you're trying already says a lot about you, keep going, you're doing better than you think!
