I put it into google and found its from "reasons to stay alive". If you're looking for a good fiction book, I read the Midnight library last year. It's kind of a modern retelling of "its a wonderful life" and explores philosophical themes plus the multiverse.

I think we need understand the concept of Contentment.

Enjoy what you have or who you are now while striving to become better.

We are all humans it's human nature to need more and our desires are insatiable, it's not just cooperations trying taking advantage of it but the fact that no one and absolutely no one would like to settle for less.

There is mold into which everyone want you to be poured. Once you choose never to be poured into anyone's mold, you begin to take charge of your own life and happiness. The pressure to fill the mold someone else design is one of the biggest problem we daily meet. Once we rid ourselves of this, we take charge of our life fully.
