Thanks for the nice text! When things around me don't go as planned, I always feel depressed and turn to bad habits. I realized that anger can be a turning point. Your text reached me here in Japan, too. Thank you so much!
Love your name, Yasuharu. I'm glad this spoke to you, we all turn to bad habits because we're human, but step by step we can rise above them. You've got this!
I’ve been working on a piece called “Choose your fuel” on the different places we find motivation and the implications of them. This gives me a good perspective to consider. Thanks!
Reminded me of Nasim Taleb: ‘The resilient resists shocks and stays the same. The antifragile gets better.’
Enjoyed your piece. Just subscribed to Visual Growth. Wishing you the best!
Ameen, I'm so glad to have you as a subscriber. Nasim has some brilliant ideas. Let's continue getting better!
Beautiful writing. And lovely you found a wholesome way to channel anger. The world needs that.
That means a lot coming from you Jason. So glad this resonated with you.

Wow, what a cool text, it made a lot of sense to me! Arrived here in Brazil :)
Evelyn, I'm so glad this struck a chord, thank you for reading from Brazil!
Nice. Anger is energy. Careful with the marathons though, they can wreak havoc on your knees.
Appreciate that! I'll be ok, rotting on my couch is worse for my knees, they were designed to be used. All the best Margreet!
Awesome piece Ash…(as always)
I recently went to an interview and one of the tasks was to chart your life story…
In my explanation I told the panel that I had a lot of rage inside me…
Rage against injustice, rage against systems designed to exclude…etc etc
It’s my fuel…channeled right and I’m unstoppable…if it gets out of control then there is a problem…
You're unstoppable Stuart! The best is yet to come. Keep going, no obstacle will stop you.
Very insightful!
Appreciate that Mark!
Keep on running Ash. 🔥
Let's get after it Mark.

Perfect Peter! Glad you found it inspiring. Best of luck with your new piece :)
My fastest races were when I was angry. And now I am slow mentally balanced runner. Anger lets us tolerate physical discomfort
It's great to hear I'm not the only one Anzhela, let's continue leveraging the power of anger to our advantage.
