At the end of the day, we're our own worst enemy. I've sabotaged myself so many times at this point. We must remember how important it is to trust ourselves and have conviction in the decisions we make. We're usually way better than we think at navigating the challenges life throws at us. The next time you plant a seed believe in yourself and let it grow, don't dig it up every few minutes to see if it's growing.
