Less meetings, more action

Don't let unnecessary meetings and calls get in the way of you achieving your best work. Say NO whenever you can, not because you're too full of yourself but because you have a mission. You want to create a world-class body of work, and to do so you have to block out all the noise and focus.

If a short email can do the trick, don't jump on a call.
