Break down your goals
This is the time of the year where a significant part of the population decides to sit down and write down the things they want to accomplish in the following twelve months (and beyond). What 95% of people don't know is that in order to actually achieve what you set out to do you have to be very specific. Instead of aiming to get fit or lose weight and expecting to do all the work, write down which (few) habits you'll do every day in order to get to your desired destination.
This year I want to get fit.
This year I want to get fit and to do so I'll stop drinking liquid calories, I'll cook all my meals at home and I'll do a 45' home work out every morning before I go to work.
